  • We train on your historical tickets and work with you to build processes that work for you and your customers. If you already have processes, AWESOME, we can't wait to learn them.

  • We check your inbox every day Monday - Friday and respond to support tickets within 24 hours. (Often faster if someone writes in during working hours Eastern - Pacific time zones)

  • We handle vacation and sick day coverage (remember you've got two people trained up from our team). Plus if there are any team changes in the future we'll take care of the training based on what we've learned from you.

So do you just answer emails or can do you do other tasks?

We do anything related to customer support requests. Need a refund? Address change? Password reset email? Done! You'll give us the access to systems you feel comfortable with so we can complete these tasks. Most clients give us access to billing/orders and admin accounts so we effectively support customers.

How do I redeem my Black Friday deal?

During December we will start reaching out to Black Friday deal sign ups. We'll be starting at the top of the list and working our way down. Once we get to you we'll reach out with available start dates in the first half of 2025. If you're not sure what plan level you should be on we'll help figure it out. You'll pick a date that works with your schedule and complete a payment link with your 50% discount applied. This will save your spot but you won't be charged until your actual start date.

What if I sign up for the deal but it doesn't end up being a good fit for my business?

That is okay! There is no obligation to purchase if you sign up for the Black Friday deal. We want to do what is best for your business. If we get to talking and realize it isn't right fit that is no problem. We can still be friends, we promise!
